Questions owners ask us

Should we give a stamp per person or per bill?
Per bill is the simplest. One scan when the bill is paid keeps it easy for your cashier. Your staff approve each scan, so you stay in control.
Do takeaway and delivery orders get stamps?
Takeaway, yes. The customer scans at the counter when they collect their food. For delivery the customer is not at your counter to scan, so stamps work best for dine-in and takeaway.
Can I set a minimum bill for a stamp?
Yes, as a house rule. Ask your cashier to approve scans only on bills above the amount you choose, and put the rule on a small card next to the standee.
Who approves scans when the owner is not there?
Add your cashiers or managers as staff. They approve scans from their own phones, logged in with their own numbers.
