Questions owners ask us

Does a customer get a stamp for every drink in one order?
That is up to you. Your staff approve every scan, so you set the rule. One stamp per visit is the simplest, and it stops one big office order from filling a whole card.
Will it slow down the queue at rush hour?
No. The customer scans while they wait for their drink, and approving takes one tap on your phone. Nobody has to look for a paper card or an ink stamp.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and their card opens in the browser. Their stamps are saved to their phone number.
Can I change my rewards for a new seasonal drink?
Yes. Change your rewards from your dashboard whenever you like, for example a free cold coffee in summer.
