Questions owners ask us

Should a loaf of bread earn a stamp?
You decide. You can stamp every purchase, or only bills above an amount you choose. Your counter staff approve each scan, so the rule is easy to keep.
Can a customer use a cake reward for a later date?
Yes. The reward is yours to give, so take it like any other cake order and hand it over on the day they ask for.
We get very busy in the evenings and around Eid. Is it quick?
Yes. The customer scans while you pack their order, and you approve with one tap. No cards to find and no ink pad.
Can I offer a special reward for Eid?
Yes. You can change your rewards whenever you like, so swap in an Eid treat for the season and change it back afterwards.
