This policy covers QR standees you order from revisit. We want your standee to arrive in perfect shape. If it does not, we will put it right.
Damaged or wrong items
We will replace your standee or refund you if:
- it arrives broken, cracked or damaged
- you get the wrong item, or the wrong number of items
- the QR code is missing, damaged or does not scan
We cannot offer a refund if the standee was damaged after delivery, for example by a fall or water, or if you simply change your mind after the QR code has been linked to your business.
The 7-day window
Please tell us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we cannot accept a refund or replacement request.
Keep the standee and its packaging until we have sorted it out. We may ask you to send it back.
How to ask for a refund
- Send a WhatsApp message to 0336 3336781.
- Include your order number, the phone number you ordered with and what went wrong.
- Add clear photos of the item and the packaging.
We will reply within 12 Hours. Most of the time we send a free replacement. If you prefer a refund, or we cannot replace the item, we refund the full amount you paid by bank transfer within 3 of approving it.
If we ask you to send the item back, we pay for the return.
Cash on delivery
You pay cash when your standee arrives. Please check the parcel before you pay.
- If the parcel looks damaged or it is not what you ordered, you can refuse it. You do not pay anything, and you can message us to send a new one.
- If you have changed your mind, you can also refuse the parcel at the door. You do not pay anything.
- Please do not refuse orders often without a reason. If you do, we may ask you to pay in advance next time.
Subscription fees
There is no monthly fee. Today you pay once, PKR 1,990, and that covers your standee and one year of revisit with up to 1,000 rewards given to your customers.
