Questions owners ask us

Should I set a minimum spend for a stamp?
You can. Ask your till staff to approve scans only on bills above the amount you choose, and put the rule on a small card next to the standee.
Does it work for a pharmacy or general store?
Yes. Any shop where customers come back can use it. Pick rewards that suit what you sell, such as a discount on the next bill.
Do I need to connect it to my till or POS?
No. revisit works on its own. Customers scan the standee and you approve on your phone. There is nothing to connect.
What if a customer loses their phone?
Their stamps are saved to their phone number, not the handset. When they log in on a new phone with the same number, their cards are still there.
